Once you’ve contacted me, I most likely will want to meet with you
at your location to discuss the project. Normally, I will travel
only within Southern New England. Occasionally, I make an exception.
So, don’t hesitate to ask. A $50 non-refundable consultation fee
will be due at this time. This amount will be deducted from the
balance should we proceed with the project.
For Portraiture:
I like to meet the subject(s) whenever possible.
Also, I’d prefer to take my own photographs. I can work solely from
photos or a combination of sittings and photos; whatever works best.
If the customer has a photo they love, I can use it but I will want
to create something new from it. The facial expression is the most
important thing to consider.
Portrait Pricing:
The following 2007/08 price samples are for oil
paintings on stretched canvas (Other mediums, i.e. charcoal, pastel,
pen and ink are also possible).
